Radical Embodiment is a weekly guided experience designed to help women release emotional pressure, reconnect with their truth, and move forward with grounded confidence.
Instead of pushing harder or trying to “fix” your mindset, this class works from the body up, allowing clarity, calm, and self-trust to naturally emerge.
