Join us for Radical Art/Radical Self-Care, an art meditation program in partnership with Alana Taylor of Mindful Meta Art and inspired by the exhibition Really Free: The Radical Art of Nellie Mae Rowe.
Participants will engage in a brief guided meditation to relax, focus, and release their inner artist. After the guided meditation, you will construct your own artistic creations while maintaining the peaceful and introspective atmosphere created during the meditation.
Unlock your creativity and embrace emotional well-being in one of two sessions:
Thursday, July 11 at 5:30 PM in the Rotunda.
Sunday, July 14 at 2 PM in the Education Courtyard.
Accessible to all skill levels and ages 5 and older. Registration required. Free with refundable registration.
