Life is overwhelming, the world is chaotic, relationships are challenging, hearing the news is stressful and even when you’re around people you feel lonely and stuck.
Something keeps blocking your way to that spark you desire
The time for change is here and now, you have an opportunity to say yes to life and face the truth, will you take it?
Climbing a mountain is more possible in a group, so is healing relational patterns and challenges.
This is a six week series to drop into body and movement exercises in a group feelings laboratory. Experience real life interactions that will deepen your capacity to face conflict and real life challenges. Practice taking healthy risks and learn to stay connected to yourself through everything that arises.
This group supports you to:
- Find out what sparks your aliveness
- Develop capacity to navigate challenging relationships
- Embrace your true purpose
- Be kind to yourself and the world
- Build bridges of connection across complexity of cultures, religion, systems, race, social economics and beyond
- Tend to your heart and collective hearts in a time of turbulence
This group works by following these guiding principles:
- cultivating a non-shaming heart and attitude
- knowing i don’t know
- being willing to be changed
- welcoming multiple perspectives
- saying yes to everything (including your no)
- Doing your part
- This group will help you navigate sticky interactions with more ease.
- Cultivate capacity to engage your relationships, communities and the world from your truth & power.
- Give you a road back to connection for people seeking healing, non-hierarchical learning and an emotional process space.

Cost: $275-$455 Sliding Scale
