Radiant Surrender: Restorative Yoga and Reiki

A deeply restorative experience where rest becomes a pathway to healing. In this 90-minute class, you are supported by gentle restorative postures while receiving Reiki energy healing to balance and replenish the chakras. The practice concludes with a short reflection and chakra insights, offering clarity and alignment. Radiant Surrender is designed to help you release tension, restore your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner light.

Preregistration is required. A minimum of 4 students is required for this class, if the minimum is not met, the class will be rescheduled for another date and time. Class fees are non-refundable. No refunds, transfers or credits are allowed.
