Introducing the Radiant Self-Teen Edition, designed specifically for adolescents on their journey of self-discovery. This program invites teens and their parents to embark on a transformative experience, utilizing customized tools and practices to tackle common teenage concerns such as self-esteem, stress, and overwhelm. Through lively discussions and interactive activities, participants will uncover the significance of authentic self-love in facing the challenges of adolescence with confidence and kindness.
This enriching journey promotes the celebration of personal worth and authenticity, culminating in a guided meditation that encourages a peaceful state of mind.
Join Denise on October 12 at Sage Sanctuary in Wildomar. Each teen must be accompanied by a parent or adult. Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal, along with an open heart and mind.
