It’s time to let your radiant rhythm shine!

This is not your typical drum circle. A drum circle is an amazing community building experience and in these circles, we are using rhythm and drumming to go a little deeper.

Based on the evidence- based protocol of Health Rhythms TM intertwined with my own soul calling, ceremony and style, we will tune into a " feeling " experience to help support you in what you are "growing" through in your life. Transform, transmute, express, move, regulate, integrate the "stuff" coming up for you.
