Radiant Renewal Women's Dance & Circle
About this Event
This Women's Dance & Circle is a blend of many of the best of Healing & Embodiment tools I've learned over 35 years as a Healing Facilitator.
We start with Dancing the 5 Elements of Nature...Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Spirit...up through the Chakra System.
It's a combination of guided movements with lots of freedom to express yourself. This is approximately the first 45 minutes.
_________
After that, we sit in Sacred Circle and share some Group Meditation, Breathwork, Toning/Sound Healing & Lightwork. It's is very powerful together as a group.
We call in Healing Love, Light, Prayers & Energize our Intentions for ourselves, others & the planet. This is approximately 45 minutes.
__________
Beautiful, powerful music adds to the experience. It all helps us feel more Connected, Transform Stress, Raise our Vibration and Feel more Energy & Joy.
Experience Oneness & our Highest Divine Selves. Come Be Rejuvenated.
