Raclette & South African Wine Night

Come eat melted cheese and and drink wine! We invite you to our first Raclette and South African wine night!

Cape Bottle Room will be pouring a flight of South African wines.

Raclette comes from the French word "racler," meaning "to scrape." Raclette is the name of a cheese, a machine, and a dish - generally, cheese melted fireside onto a plate of potatoes, cured meats, and pickles.

Guests have the ability to melt their own cheese and scrape it onto their customized plate of goods, selecting from a traditional spread of potatoes, pickled goods, and cured meats.

Come join us from 6-9pm on April 20th at Cape Bottle Room. Bring your friends and come drink wine and eat lots of cheese!
