Minda, a celebrated author and influential speaker, is renowned for her bestsellers “The Memo,” “Right Within,” and “You Are More Than Magic.” Her work champions the advancement of women of color, self-advocacy, and the restoration of trust in professional environments.As a respected voice at major conferences like Nike, Google, and Disney, and an NYU assistant professor, Minda has empowered countless professionals.
