Join us for a day of networking, connecting and learning from likeminded educators who are passionate about DEIB and Anti-racism on Friday 25th September 2026, in Sheffield.
Our Hosts: Sheffield City Council in collaboration with Learn Sheffield and the Belonging Effect.

Our Organisers: The Belonging Effect are an international DEIB training provider who partner with Learn Sheffield on DEIB support. Our events are inclusive and accessible, with opportunities to reflect and discuss, in a safe space where you will be surrounded by other advocates for DEIB and Anti-racism work across and beyond the education system.
Our Event: This is our inaugural regional DEIB event in the region to build on the connections and conversations from the #DiverseEd Sheffield Hub that has been running since 2024 and to bring together the stakeholders across the city working on racial equity.
Our Events Include:

- We strive to ensure that we have a representative line-up, including amplifying the voice of our pupils/ students and staff, alongside balancing local, regional and national voices.
