LSO welcomes the Lincoln Youth Symphony to the stage for a side-by-side premiere of a new work by Lincoln composer David von Kampen. LSO principal keyboardist Richard Fountain then performs Rachmaninoff’s brilliant and romantic Piano Concerto No. 2. After intermission, LSO closes the concert with Johannes Brahms’ monumental Symphony No. 1.
