Come join us for Rachel's Flow & Flight at The Urban Winery! Enjoy a 60-minute vinyasa yoga class for ALL LEVELS that will teach you the warm-ups, mechanics, and fundamentals needed to take flight in your crow pose. There will be opportunities to explore several other arm balances for those who would like to fly in a safe and supportive atmosphere. Just bring your yoga mat and a playful attitude (a limited number of Liforme mats are available to borrow, just let us know)! After class we'll unwind with a wine tasting flight and charcuterie.
