Rachel Potter-Baby Bird Designs will be at the Whatcom Art Market Sunday January 29, 1-3pm. Rachel is a mixed media artist, working in watercolor, acrylic, ink, collage and encaustics. Her whimsical painted designs are inspired by nature and rendered as wall art and appliqued on children’s onesies and t-shirts. Rachel will be onsite .
