Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a complete beginner, this Dance Lab is all about unleashing your inner dancehall King or Queen exploring fresh moves and feeling the rhythm in a positive and inclusive space.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW:

1. NEAREST station is Selhurst.

2. PARKING is free and available onsite. Please be prepared to share you car registration on arrival. 

3. PLEASE arrive 10 minutes before the class starts in order to register and settle in.

4. PLEASE come in comfortable clothing with appropriate footwear.

5. THERE will be a 10-15 minute warm before the class starts. ALL participants must take part in the warm up in order to continue the class for health and safety reasons.

6. THE class will be filmed and photographed by our visual team.

7. AGE – 18 and over!
