Join us for 4 goal-oriented races, including highest average pace, big pack leads, handicap intervals, and a race to win. Races start and finish at the Jetty infront of AKC. Course TBC.
4x 4km races on a 30-minute base, starting at
6:30 am. Race 1: highest average pace (Duo- Pack of 4)
7:00 am. Race 2: big pack 3-minute leads with a 20s sprint each lead.
7:30 am Race 3: handicap intervals, and
8:00am Race 4: race to win. Tactically push your limits
