To help the community understand the real impact of race-based stress, recognize how it

a ects our bodies and minds, and learn simple ways we can care for ourselves and each

other.

Objectives:

1. Understand what race-based stress is and how it can show up in your body, mind, and

spirit.

2. Be able to notice signs of stress or trauma from racism in yourself and others.

3. Learn how stress a ects our health, especially through the nervous system.

4. Try out at least one way to calm your body and mind when facing stress.

5. Feel supported and encour lifespan
