Opening Splash is the reverse of the Eyebright Mile.

Tahunanui Beach → Yacht Club ramp
Short Course – 600m
Richardson St Steps → Yacht Club ramp

7.00am – Check-in opens
7.45am – Check-in closes
7.50am – Race briefing
8.00am – Long Course start
Approx. 8.30am – Short Course start
All swimmers must attend the 7.50am race briefing.
Short Course swimmers start from Richardson St Steps but must attend the briefing at Tahunanui Beach.
