Rabindra Nrityanatya Utsav

Rabindra Nrityanatya Utsav 2nd Year presents a graceful cultural evening celebrating the immortal world of Rabindranath Tagore through music, recitation and dance.

Organised by Open Window Society and event managed by Music 2000, this special programme will feature eminent artistes and reputed cultural groups in a rich tribute to Tagorean art and Bengali performing traditions.

The evening will feature solo music by Srabani Sen, Debarati Som and Suman Chattopadhyay, along with solo recitation by Dr. Krishnakali Basu Niyogi and Sadhana Ray.

Group music presentations will include Bonobani and Rewaj, directed by Namita Bandyopadhyay, Punashcha, directed by Darpanarayan Chattopadhyay, Ganghar, directed by Debangshu Mukhopadhyay, and 28 Er Adda, directed by Tumpa Das.

Group dance presentations will include Meghdoot Ballet Troupe, directed by Subhashis Dutta, Margam, directed by Writi Ghosh, and Mrignayani Cultural Center, directed by Pinki Basu.

Musicians for the evening will be Subrata Babu Mukhopadhyay, Abhijit Bandyopadhyay, Arabinda Pradhan, Sitesh Haldar and Amal Sarkar. The programme will be anchored by Shubhadip Chakraborty and Mou Guha.
