RAAG – Inspired by Indian Classical Music Nrityanidhi brings to you, Kathak-based Choreographies on songs from the Indian Classical Heritage of Music. The repertoire of classical music in India has been handed over for thousands of years. Notes and sounds have been insightfully woven together. It truly is a vast lineage and a mighty treasure house of inspiring and healing melodies. The tapestry created by legendary artists over time – intricacies of Raags with Rhythm, the precarious balance of ‘Lai’ and ‘Taal’ through exquisite compositions, have created a treasure for art itself. "Raag '' brings forth this tapestry through the very exclusive 'Nrityanidhi Style of Dance'. The Nrityanidhi style of Dance explores the mystical quality of Indian Classical music where the audience is experiencing one thing in reality, and so much more on an ethereal level.
