Join us for an evening of Breathwork as we flow through a moody playlist, realign our energy centers with a Chakra Balancing Meditation and find connection through Mindful Movement.

Did you say Masquerade contest? YES! Best 'masqued' will take home a Halloween board overflowing with lots of BOO-tacular treats!

We will have an AF Bar to concoct magical drinks, delicious Infused Water, fun char-BOO-terie Cups and legendary Sweet Treats from Layered Cake.

R3 is about connection and community.
