R. D. BURMAN

Family Club Rajkot will be celebrating the 86th birthday of the musical legend, R. D. Burman. This night will be a real musical RDX, comprising of top 25 artists on stage with brass.

The programme will be directed by Mayur Soni, who has given music in many Gujarati albums and movies. Mayur has performed in over 7000 live shows across the country and abroad. His performances include the ones with great Bollywood music directors like Kalyanji-Anandji, Bappi Lahiri, Anu Malik, and singers like Sonu Nigam, Abhijeet, Udit Narayan, Shaan, Anuradha Paudwal, Usha Uthup, Himesh Reshammiya, Amit Kumar, Vinod Rathod, Anwar, and Kunal Ganjawala.

We have five singers in this musical journey, namely Nanu Gurjar (Sa Re Ga Ma fame), Prajakta Satardekar (voice of Lata & Asha), Amruta Patil (playback singer), Anand Vinod (voice of Kishore Kumar), and Devang Dave (voice of R. D. Burman & Kishore Kumar).

The show will be compered by a famous RJ and a well-known poet – RJ Vidhi Jain, right away from Mumbai.
