Join us for a restorative evening blending our most popular rejuvenation combo- Yoga and Reiki healing. This practice will guide you into deep relaxation and help restore your mind, body, and spirit. You'll experience a slow sequence of supported yoga poses, using bolsters, blankets, and blocks, while receiving Reiki energy healing to balance your physical, emotional, and energetic body.
Restorative yoga calms the nervous system, releases tension, and untangles muscles, with poses held for extended periods. Reiki amplifies your body's natural healing ability and energy flow.
This mindful practice invites profound calm and restarts. Please bring water, a journal, and your favorite blanket.
Instructor Michelle is a certified Reiki Master and somatic healer with 15+ years of experience. Her approach fosters deep self-care and connection.
