Qween Bee's Touch LLC is officially inviting vendors, crafters, artisans, non-profits, and food trucks to join us for our Cabin Fever Cure Market!
📍 Location: The Bridge Church of Polson
🗓️ Date: Saturday, February 7th
⏰ Event Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Vendor Information & Logistics
We are looking for a diverse range of participants to help our community refresh, indulge, and find a little whimsy!
Setup Options:
Early Setup: Friday Night (Selected Events/Locations) 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Morning Setup: Saturday starting at 8:00 AM
Note: All booths must be fully ready by 9:30 AM!
Standard Booths: $50.00 (approx. 8' x 8' space).
Non-Profit Organizations: $25.00 (must provide proof of status).
Food Trucks: FREE participation! (Please specify dimensions when applying).
Market Rules & Highlights
Promotion: We provide online ads, banners, and flyers. We ask all vendors to share and invite on social media so we can work together to bring in the crowd!
Family & Pet Friendly: Children and animals are welcome! (Please keep them within your booth area; no animal toys around vendor booths).
Safety First: This is a professional, drug-free, alcohol-free, and firearm-free event.
Attendance: No refunds are issued as funds go directly to advertising the event.
