QuizArena 1.0 is an intra fest, organised by MCPSC Quiz Club. The event will be organised by inter-house format.All the students from the houses in MCPSC (Buriganga, Shitalakkhya, Turag,Bangshi) can participate in it.
The QuizArena 1.0 has 10 segments. Among them,6 are solo segments, 3 team segments and a special segment just only for the primary level students.

Question pattern for Solo segments :-
30 questions will be given,both in Bangla & English. Each participant has to answer any 25 questions. There will be all MCQ type questions. If anyone answers more than 25 questions, only the first 25 questions will be counted.
Segment Details :-
Solo Segments
1) History Hustle
Based on the history of Bangladesh and world civilization, this segment is fully dedicated for the history lovers. The participants have to answer questions related to the ancient history,modern history and world civilization.
2) Penalty Shootout
Those who are experts in sports knowledge, this segment is dedicated to them. In this segment, various questions from different sports, sports history and remarkable moments wll be given to the participants. If you are a sports lover,then don’t miss this special segment for you...
3) Mind Maze
Questions will be given based on IQ,analytical ability, simple math and riddles. Participants have to answer the questions, justifying their IQ as well.
4) Pop Quiz
Those who are anime,movies and meme lover, this segment is for them! Get ready for the segment if you also have a vast knowledge of movies, anime,drama,web series and so on.
5) Sci-Tech Showdown
This special segment is for those students, who are science enthusiasts, and tech lovers as well. Questions will be given related to scientific general knowledge. If you have interest in the scientists, their achievements, the mystery of science,and the tech tracks, don't miss out the chance!
6) The Big Quiztion
General knowledge and current affairs are the most prioritised subjects here. The participants,having a good idea of the recent events around the world and basic general knowledge, can easily participate here.
Team Segments
1) Wall Magazine
Any 1 from the following topics:
"AI: Friend or Foe"
"July Revolution of Bangladesh"
" World Heritage Wonders"
Participants have to submit the wall magazine before the deadline. The deadline will be announced soon.
2) Story of Facts
Participants will be given 3(Three) words,related to any several topics. They have to write the story according to the words in their own way.
3) Trivia Tribes
This segment is the buzzer round which will be held infront of the audience. This is a 2 round segment. In first round there will be a 10 marks quiz written test. 4 teams of each house with highest marks will qualify for the final round.
This segment will be held separately for each category. The final buzzer round will be held between 4 teams where there will be different types of questions and activities.
Kids Segment :-
Mind Minions
This segment is for the students of class 1-5. To find out the little talents, the little learners will have a playful event, where they will find great inspiration and enthusiasm to be a future knowledge master.
* If any member (whose names are given in the form) remain absent in final round , as a result the whole team will be eliminated.
Rules for the inter house competition:-
• In case of the solo segments winner for each segment will add 5 points to his/her house. And runners up will add 3 points to his/her house.
• In case of team segments (except trivia tribes), winner team will add 5 points to their house and runners up will add 3 points to their house for each segment.
• Winner team in Trivia Tribes will add 10 points to their house in each category.There will be no runners up for this segment.
