In honor of America’s 250th birthday, carve a quill pen and use ink exactly like they used to write our Declaration of Independence. The wild turkey feathers and ink are locally sourced from nearby areas. Learn the history of making pens and ink and how to write using your quill pen and ink. Please bring a sharp #11 X-Acto knife for this project, as supplies are limited. The rest of supplies should be provided, and registration is required.
