Quieting Inner Conflict in Times of Life Transition

Change is rarely just external.

When life shifts relationships, careers, identity, purpose something inside us shifts too.

One part of you may feel hopeful or excited.

Another may feel uncertain or afraid.

Another may tighten, withdraw, or try to take control.

Many of us have learned to push these parts away. To judge them. To override them. To pretend they are not there.

But what we push away does not disappear. It simply waits.

This Shadow Work Circle is a safe and supportive space to gently turn toward the parts of yourself that feel reactive, vulnerable, or hard to face. You will not be asked to share anything you are not ready to share. You will not be pushed beyond your capacity. You will be invited into curiosity, compassion, and choice.

Using the Internal Family Systems model, we will explore how to relate to your inner world in a new way. Instead of fighting yourself, you will begin to understand the protective intelligence behind your reactions.

Healing and alignment occur when we learn to meet with acceptance what we have been trying to push away.

Together we will move through

• Guided meditation

• Gentle reflection exercises

• An introduction to the IFS model

• Optional partner sharing

• A simple closing ritual to anchor insight

You will leave with a practical framework for navigating change and a felt experience of relating to yourself with more steadiness and care.

This is not therapy, but it can be deeply healing.

No experience is necessary. Just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore your inner world at your own pace.

This workshop stands fully on its own and may also serve as an entry point into deeper small group work for those who feel called to continue.
