Quiet Waters 2026

Quiet Waters is time set apart for us to be with our Heavenly Father. You see, most of us tend to be very good at doing. Doing things consumes much of our lives, but when it comes to learning how to just "be" with Him we struggle.

As we spend time together in His presence, we experience the incredible fruit that "being" with Him produces in our lives. The good news is that we can learn to live our lives from this place, keeping in step with the Spirit as scripture instructs us in Galatians 5:25.

You will see that the schedule for our time together is intentionally left open, our only real agenda is to focus on Him and allow the Holy Spirit to guide us through the weekend.

We are learning that as we make space for Him, He shows up powerfully to meet each of us in many different ways.

TEAMS & SCHEDULE

WORSHIP TEAM

Worship provides the foundation for Quiet Waters and for our time with the Father. The worship leaders are always actively listening and being guided by the Holy Spirit during each session. As we worship Him, He ministers to us in many ways. Worship is powerful and we are learning to let worship do its work!

INTERCESSORY TEAM

This group of prayer warriors begins praying for our time together in the days leading up to and throughout Quiet Waters. Again, being guided by the Holy Spirit, this team "prays the way" and prepares the ground for what the Lord will do in our time together.

FACILITATION TEAM

This team is actually up front and will be visibly leading our time together. They will act as "air traffic controllers" much of the time and as the Lord begins to speak to and through us, they will discern together how the Lord is leading and help guide us in that direction throughout the weekend.

PRAYER MINISTRY TEAM

You will also notice individuals throughout the room wearing red lanyards, this is our Quiet Waters prayer team. They are available to you for prayer ministry at any time during the retreat.

Each of these teams are working as one as they respond to the guidance of the Holy Spirit for our time together! YOU are the forth part, yes you! If you sense the Lord speaking something to you that you believe could be for all of us, we encourage you to write it down and submit it to the facilitation team as well. We have learned that God will often confirm His direction for us through this input from you!

Friday Evening

6PM - Doors open

7PM - 9PM - Evening Session (extended worship and prayer)

Saturday Morning

8:30AM - Doors open

9AM - 12PM - Morning Session (extended worship and prayer)

There will be a break from 12PM-1PM for attendees to find lunch.

Saturday Afternoon

1PM - 5PM - Listening Prayer Sessions (ongoing)

1PM - 5PM - "Hearing God's Voice" Workshops (ongoing)

Saturday Evening

5:00 - 6:15PM - Dinner Fellowship (included and provided)
