QUIET SOULFUL SUNDAY—

July 28TH 10-3pm:

Rest, retreat and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit as we tantalize your senses with a soulful experience. We’ll open with a silent tea ceremony, then take you on a Shamanic drum journey, followed by a transformative journaling session to reflect and process before ending in sacred circle to share and discuss the experience together. A closing lunch is provided.
