Quiet Life returns to The Shooting Star! Every month on the second and last Saturday of the month DJ Trash will be curating the sounds from the cage in the Shooting Star main bar!
Its a bank holiday weekend, the summer is ending which means the arrival of "Spooky Season" we're also starting an hour later after the all day event at the shooting star.
Expect to hear sounds spanning many decades and several genres in a request friendly environment (If I don't own your requested music, I will aim to have it for the next club night and recommendations always welcome and logged on bandcamp immediately)
80s New Wave, Goth, Punk, Synth Pop, Alt Rock, Glam, EBM, Industrial etc...
REQUEST POLICY: I'm thankful for any requests but if you're going to ask make sure it's within the parameters of what Quiet Life is about, I don't ask Metal DJs to play Kraftwerk, I wouldn't ask a rap DJ to play Dean Martin etc.
Accept no imitations, we actually do play the music we advertise unlike some nights.
The earlier you show up the deeper the cuts and more likely to play those obscure requests or album tracks.
