Quiet Creativity Club is a free monthly creative session for neurodivergent adults in Swansea, delivered by Neuro Expression CIC at Elysium Gallery.
Each two-hour session is led by a neurodivergent artist and offers a calm, welcoming space to explore creativity, meet others and work at your own pace. All art materials are provided, and no previous creative experience is needed. There is no pressure to talk, share your work or take part in every activity, and participants are welcome to take breaks whenever needed. The sessions are designed to be relaxed, flexible and accessible, helping people build confidence, reduce isolation and connect with a supportive neurodivergent creative community.
If you are interested in attending, please register your interest via WhatsApp on 07907 321756.
