An immersive intimate group Spinal Energetics event dropping into the innqte intelligence of the nervous system, shifting what is called in the moment.

Guided by your facilitators, Carly Whitington and Lewis Wilson, we will love through, both, somatic and energetics practices laced with the medicine of breath, embraking on a journey the body's deep knowing and release. Deeply embodied, intuitive qnd connective, the collective field sees us unify and shift as a collaborative, a transmission to access the spine as a living conduit.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• We begin with a short introduction to both breathwork and Spinal Energetics, along with a collective meditation.
• Breathwork, A rhythmic breathing technique that quiets the thinking mind and unlocks the body’s stored emotional and energetic layers. Your breath becomes a gateway—to the subconscious, the nervous system, unresolved pain, and hidden potential. As you breathe, you’ll naturally move out of your head and into your body, allowing space for balance, insight, and renewal.
• Once the system is activated and open, we transition into Spinal Energetics—a gentle yet deeply transformative approach that engages the spine and energetic field. This modality works in harmony with the body’s innate intelligence, encouraging the release of stored tension and unresolved trauma. Through subtle movements, intentional breath, and energetic flow, the body begins to naturally reorganise, letting go of what no longer serves and welcoming a greater sense of vitality.
• You may experience physical release, emotional shifts, expanded energy, and a profound sense of grounding and inner homecoming. No prior experience is needed—only a willingness to turn inward.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Wear comfortable clothing (no jeans, belts restrictive clothing) preferably yoga/ gym/ loose clothing, bring water and the openness of surrender to what is called.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

​​This session may not be suitable for those with:

• Cardiovascular issues (e.g., high blood pressure, heart conditions)
• Epilepsy or seizures
• Severe mental health conditions (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder)
• Recent surgeries or physical injuries (older than 6 weeks is okay)
• Pregnancy (please reach out before booking)
• Glaucoma or retinal detachment
• Use of medications with significant impact on the nervous system or brain chemistry.

• Please kindly ensure you arrive 10-15 minutes before the appointed start time. Unfortunately we are unable to admit those who arrive later.
• Please let the practitioner know at the start of class if you have any minor injuries or issues of mild concern
• Please note: content and filming will be taking place during the event. We will ask for you to make yourself known If you do not wish to be filmed.
