girlfriend on the moon began in Los Angeles, California in 2020, at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. They've released an EP along with several singles, and have done three tours throughout the west and midwest of the US. Now based in Madrid, Spain, girlfriend on the moon is recording their first full album.
Baldosa is a band that emerged in 2021 in the Canary Islands, Spain. Their music, a blend of shoegaze, pop, new wave, post-punk, and primarily rock, features a contemporary sound with catchy choruses that captivates a diverse audience. With two EPs on the market (“Baldosa” in 2022 and “Queriendo Igual” in 2024), the band stands out for their ability to merge international influences with a unique local identity.
