Alex Magill leads Accountant Sales teams for international markets within Intuit's Rest of World portfolio. Alex started his career as a business owner understanding first-hand the deep need to modernize Accounting practices in the workplace. He went on to lead Sales teams for QuickBooks UK during one the most significant regulatory shifts in tax history - Making Tax Digital. Alex is now accelerating adoption in countries across Europe Africa and Latin America who are undergoing rapid growth and transformational change. Throughout this journey he has overseen the change management of over 10000 accountants and bookkeeping firms while converting over 100000 SMBs to compliant cloud software.

Christiaan Van Der Valk

GM Tax Technology and VP Regulatory at Sovos Compliance

Prior to Christiaan’s role at Sovos he was President and co-founder of TrustWeaver AB which Christiaan co-founded in 2001 and which Sovos acquired in 2018. During his 25+ years of experience Christiaan has served on numerous executive and supervisory boards for European and international businesses and organizations. He was elected a World Economic Forum (WEF) Global Leader for Tomorrow in 2000. Earlier in his career Christiaan was Deputy Director of Policy and Business Practices at the Paris-based global headquarters of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Among other industry roles Christiaan is currently Vice Chair of the Global Exchange Network Association (GENA) and Chair of the Digitalization Dialogue of the Inter-American Centre of Tax Administrations (CIAT). He is a French and Dutch dual citizen and holds a law degree from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam Netherlands.

Clive Hand is an ACCA accountant and owner of Bluestone Accounting. Started in 2020 Bluestone Accounting is an online digital accounting practice providing an outsourced finance function for Small and Medium Enterprises in Ireland and the UK. Clive has spent most of his 20-year career working in industry understanding and tackling business and accounting challenges from within across various sectors. He now takes this experience and brings it to the wider business community with his online offering from Bluestone Accounting. His passion is to help business owners to build a business that works for them through the use of the right tools automation and best practices to give clarity confidence and peace of mind to his clients. 

Kevin Barry

Founder and Owner of Barry Accountants and Profit Lab Kevin is a chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. While others may see accounting as a dry and uneventful field Kevin brings a refreshing approach to his craft.

With early training at PWC in Dublin and later Grand Cayman Kevin's expertise includes Platinum Quickbooks Advisor and business accounting. He has helped countless small businesses transition to online accounting with a 100% success rate. Kevin firmly believes that every business needs to keep their records online stay up to date with their filings and maintain open communication with their accounting team.
