Learn how to perform a quick 20-30 minute service to keep your bike looking fresh and running smoothly between visits to the bike shop. We will go over basic cleaning of the mechanical components as well as talk about minor adjustments you can make during a ride, and discuss a few things you can do to reduce premature wear.Our Community Classes will teach you quality, in-depth and relevant skills and techniques related to bicycle maintenance. All workshops are taught in the college's state-of-the-art Bicycle Technician Lab and use many of the same tools and resources that are used in the year-long Bicycle Technician program. They are a great way to learn basic services, maintain your own bicycle, or develop a general understanding of bicycle mechanics.
