Young, Loud And Snotty presents Quick Romance and The HekticsQuick Romance
If the bass line from The Rezillos’ “Flying Saucer Attack” married the vocal line from X-Ray Spex’s “Oh Bondage, Up Yours!”, with The Shangri-Las as bridesmaids; that’s Quick Romance. Singer, Matilda Scotland and her bandmates are real mean teens, in love with clothes, music and Brian Jones’s hair.
The Hektics
The artists formerly known as The Pressure have gone far more punk and dangerous. "You Can't Make Me (Do What I Don't Wanna Do)" is their new anthem, and it wouldn't sound out of place on "Live At The Roxy".
