Question your thinking, change your world. A way to end conflict, depression and self-doubt or criticism. Join long-time trainer and facilitator Grace Bell for 4 days in doing The Work.
No prior knowledge is required. Simply the desire to understand your thinking around a painful event, a painful relationship, and the cause of suffering for you--and how to get out of it.
This non-residential intensive is limited to 10 people and we meet in Lake Forest Park in a gorgeous and cozy meeting space (Work With Grace headquarters).
Approximate schedule:
Thurs evening: 6:30pm-9pm
Morning session 9:30am-12:30pm
Lunch Break 12:30pm-2:30pm (many options across the street in the town center)
Afternoon session 2:30pm-5:30pm
Dinner 5:30pm-7:00pm
Evening Session 7:00pm-8:30pm
Saturday we'll have a very special outing for somatic movement with no talking (you may want to be still the entire time, and this is totally OK). This is an outing at a offsite location about 10 minutes away.
You are responsible for your own meals, and there are many many choices within walking distance including groceries.
