During Suicide Awareness and Prevention Month, North Range Behavioral Health is offering Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR), a 60–90-minute certification training that holds that same weight as a CPR certificate. In this training participants will learn about signs and symptoms of mental health challenges to look out for, how to directly ask someone if they may be thinking about suicide, and how to get people connected to the best local resources.
