Join us for a joyous and slightly bonkers evening of queer cabaret. Incredible, jaw dropping and hilarious acts from the participants of the Queertawe project. Expect a mix of drag, burlesque, comedy, and performance art, all with a magical twist. Think post-apocalyptic worlds, strange creatures, clowns, and more. It’s going to be weird, wonderful, and very queer.
Queertawe is a safe space where queer Swansea can celebrate itself and its stories. We run free weekly creative workshops and have held various events in Swansea ranging from the Queertawe Ffrinj, an interactive art exhibition, cabaret nights, youth takeovers and open mic poetry.
