Join us on our monthly meeting at La Fontana Cafe for an afternoon of good games, good food and good people.Bring your favourite games to share, or join a group and start a new board game on a fun and safe space.

This $5 ticket will provide you with a physical voucher (given at the entrance) that grants you $5 off your consumption in any of the cafe's food and drinks.

FAQ:
Why are you charging for events now when previous events have been free?
-We are still committed to keeping the cost of events as close to free as possible. However, we want to ensure that as many members as possible can attend the physical event while working with a maximum size. Having some sort of small deposit prevents people from acquiring tickets and then not attending, which might take the place of a person who really wanted to attend.
How will we be able to use our $5 voucher?
-When you arrive at the event, we will scan your ticket. Once that is done, we will give you a voucher you can provide to the staff at La Fontana for $5 off their food & drinks menu.
What happens if we don't use our voucher by the end of the event?
-If a $5 food/drink voucher is not used by the end of the night, the money will be considered donated to the Vancouver Gaymers.
Is masks still required?
- Masks are now optional, but please respect if someone at your table would prefer to wear it.
What if I cannot afford the ticket cost to attend?
We want to make our events inclusive while also supporting our venues - if you are experiencing financial hardship, please reach out to our Admins as we have ways to accommodate you.
What if I can no longer make it?
Please reach out to an Admin to cancel your ticket. Note, no-shows will not be refunded, please let us know early if you are unwell and require a refund.
Will there be door sales?
Any unsold tickets will be available at the door, but please reserve in advance
