About this Event
This Queering Disability panel discussion on Wednesday, October 9th, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, will unpack the specific intersection of disabled queer, transgender, and gender-nonconforming identities. Panelists will discuss sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression AND sexual attraction at this hybrid event. LGBTQIA+ and disabilities activist, Nicole Adler, will be on the panel.
The first 50 in-person attendees will receive a copy of the book, Disability Visibility by Alice Wong.
Following the discussion, in-person attendees will share refreshments while watching the film short, First X, featuring Nicole Adler.
