Queer Youth Art Collective: Exhibition

This exhibition marks a turning point, handing the reins of the organisation over to the young artists, alumni and community which has surrounded us. Since 2019, QYAC has curated 4 group exhibitions with hundreds of queer artists 18-28 from across the UK including at Bluecoat Liverpool, Glasgow Zine Fest, Curious Arts Newcastle, Studio Voltaire and QUEERCIRCLE. The exhibition is held at Camberwell Space, who have recently hosted a 10 week studio residency, bringing together 30 LGBTQIA+ creatives, with mentorship from technician mentors at Camberwell College of Arts, UAL, to think and dream about what a studio practice can look like. In an expensive city like London, space and time are precious resources.
