QUEER Yoga Sundays offers a communal space for folks to gather, move, and breathe together. We will connect and hold space for each other.
We'll meet at 12pm and take a moment to settle in with brief introductions and an opportunity to get to know one another.
An all levels practice will be offered with options for hands on assists.
The practice is offered a sliding scale donation of $1 - $30. Cash or Venmo. Feel free to donate more!
Bring a snack for afterwards if you'd like! We'll have more time to connect with one another after the practice.
A few things you might want to bring:
- Yoga mat or towel
- Water
- Snacks
Practice will be held at Rag + Bale at Zuni and 14th Ave near Meow Wolf.
Space is limited. Register early!
You will have access to:
- The beautiful Rag + Bale space gender-neutral restrooms.
- Access to yoga mats and props
