Celebrate Pride on the farm with other queers who love yoga! Urban Adamah is partnering with Soul Flow Oakland to make this offering possible. SoulFlow is committed to offering healing, training, retreats, gatherings, and resources that access the whole self, ignite joy, and inspire our most courageous heart toward wise, compassionate action in the world.
Program schedule:

Community Building Intro - 12:30pm
Hatha Flow & Meditation - 12:40
Pride Activity: Individual Reflection & Small Group - 2pm
Tea and connection - 2pm - 2:30pm
This practice will be guided by Melissa Andrada (Mel - she-they), a queer Filipina-American born in Nigeria who came to the States as an undocumented immigrant, and who brings a highly sensitive approach to the mat. Outside of her yoga practice, Mel is a DEI strategic consultant, workshop facilitator and leadership coach supporting creative organizations nourishing cultures centered on equity, feedback and mental health.
Program note: While this event is open to all, this program centers the experiences and voices of LGBTQ+ folks. Please help us create a safe and inclusive space in this program by considering which identities you do and do not hold and participating accordingly.

This event will take place outdoors. Masks are not required at this event unless COVID-19 community levels rise to medium or high. Please stay home if you experience any COVID symptoms within 24 hours prior to the event.
Urban Adamah’s campus is fully compliant with ADA guidelines and all parts of the program will be held in either our covered, outdoor tent or fully outdoor event spaces. Please refrain from wearing fragrances or perfumes while onsite, unscented soaps are available in the public bathrooms. Parking in our lot is limited so if you do not need accessible parking, please consider arriving early to find street parking, carpooling with friends, or taking public transportation!
