Queer Yoga, dance and sound bath!

Join Grace and Jake for a very special Queer sound bath, yoga and dance PRIDE celebration at Yogacita, Liverpool on Saturday the 13th of July, 4-7pm.

This day has been created with our beloved LGBTQIA+ community at heart, a safe and inclusive space where we can come together to move, groove and immerse in the magical sounds, celebrating ourselves and each other whilst feeling the stress and noise of everyday life melt away. 

Join us to celebrate YOU! 

We will begin with a Beats in Bliss flow with Grace. Blending embodied, intuitive movement with the blissful beats of electronic music, this practice will leave you feeling connected, empowered and free.

Jake will be leading an enchanting sound bath experience where you can immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of the gong, crystal bowls and other powerful instruments. Through guided meditation and empowering words of affirmation, you will be led to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. 

Together we will finish with a dance, soundtracked by some of our favourite dance  floor bangers!
