Queer Yoga and Meditation with Lu, September 12th

Join us for light movement with room for variations with a guided meditation at the end. Attendees will want to bring a mat, towel or blanket since this workshop will be at a community center space rather than a studio. This workshop will be taught by Lu Suarez (@lukeisstill).This workshop is $10-$20 per person sliding scale, which goes directly to our teaching artist. Notaflof!
