We represent the best of the nonprofit queer sports and athletics scene across the Bay Area. Our teams, leagues, competitions, and events collectively provide strong communities for LGBTQ+ individuals to play, grow, compete, and thrive.

All participating organizations are nonprofits dedicated to building queer community through camaraderie and connection. Proceeds from this event directly support our collective mission to create inclusive recreational spaces where queer players and allies can thrive on and off the field.

Stonewall Sports SF is the Bay Area chapter of a national LGBTQ+ nonprofit league that builds community through inclusive, low-cost sports and social events. We welcome all skill levels and identities, creating spaces where everyone can play, grow, and connect on and off the field.

BGF SF's mission is to serve, strengthen, and grow the queer ultimate frisbee community by creating opportunities for athletes of all ages, skill levels, and backgrounds to interact, develop, and compete. We sponsor leagues, tournaments, travel teams, and clinics – and in all our work and play, we embrace the Spirit of the Game.

We host indoor and outdoor rock climbing meetups with the goal of creating safe and inclusive spaces for those who are diverse in their gender, romantic, and sexual orientations.

The San Francisco Fog Rugby Football Club is the first gay and inclusive rugby club on the West Coast. Founded in 2000, the Fog has the vision to be the preeminent rugby club in the world that actively pursues the participation of people of color, gay men, and other groups traditionally under-represented in rugby. We believe everyone should have the chance to experience the camaraderie and brotherhood inherent to the sport of rugby. Players of any skill level are welcome to join, including those that have never played rugby or even an organized sport. The club is also involved in the local community both socially and philanthropically and we welcome everyone to participate — even if you don't want to play, we're happy to have you join the Fog Family.

Founded in 1974, we are San Francisco's longest-running LGBTQ+ running club. FrontRunners hosts three weekly fun runs--at the Embarcadero, in the Castro, and in Golden Gate Park. We offer multiple distance and speed options, so every type of runner is welcome. Additionally, we host monthly social events and target races around the Bay Area for runners who are interested in competition. Come join one of our fun runs!

The San Francisco Spikes are an LGBTQ+ soccer club founded in 1982. Built on pride, inclusion, and community, the Spikes bring together players of all identities and skill levels to compete, connect, and give back—fostering lifelong friendships, supporting local causes, and proudly representing San Francisco at tournaments around the world.

The San Francisco Gay Flag Football League (SFGFFL) builds community for LGBTQIA+ individuals in the Bay Area through inclusive, social, and athletic engagement in flag football. We empower players of all skill levels to grow as athletes, teammates, and leaders while fostering a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for all.

The San Francisco Gay Basketball Association (SFGBA) is the nonprofit organization behind the Castro League, the oldest LGBTQ basketball league in the world. We operate monthly community open gym play and organize the Castro League for competitive seasons every spring and fall.

SFGSL is an LGBTQ+ softball league committed to providing an organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender participants to compete in an environment conducive to the community.

The San Francisco Track and Field Club creates opportunities for LGBTQ+ athletes in the Bay Area to train for and compete in local, national, and international athletics competitions. We support all skill levels, all genders, and all sexual orientations, and encourage each other to strive for our personal best.

Trailheadgays is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building a healthy, supportive community for gay men through outdoor adventures—hiking, camping, and sports—across the Bay Area. Our mission is to promote wellness, camaraderie, and connection by creating safe, inclusive spaces where gay men can engage with nature and with each other. While we center the experiences of gay men, we proudly welcome all members of the LGBTQ+ community and allies who share our values. We're rooted in the belief that time spent outdoors—paired with genuine social connection—has the power to heal, uplift, and transform.

TRIbe SF is an inclusive triathlon community in San Francisco that empowers athletes of all levels to swim, bike, and run together. Rooted in connection, growth, and joy, it fosters belonging, confidence, and purpose through training, wellness, and shared experiences that celebrate both personal progress and collective strength.
