Queer Qi Gong

Qi Gong is an easy and powerful self-healing practice any body at any age can do. If you can move just one limb, you can practice Qi Gong. The specific movements increase the flow of energy in your body and all your vital organs. Your state of mind and emotional body will also experience a palpable shift. The practice develops a subtle sense perception that can be... lacking in our modern culture. Every day I practice Qi Gong becomes a good day!

This is a special chance to be in a group of local queers who are interested enough in self healing to show up on a mid-morning on a Sunday and move around some about it. There will be a small ritual element to let something go and to call something in for those who want to participate. Experience a powerful mind/body practice, co-regulate with rad people, meet some local queers who share the desire to heal! Then go be gay and have brunch or whatever you do on a Sunday. Everyone is welcome to attend, including strait cisgendered allies of our community. If there is enough interest this will be a monthly event. The movement and ritual will be led by local transguy Moon Bukas @moontouch_body_and_soul
