Queer Latinxs in Tech (Bay Area) - Lake Chabot Hike

In October 2021, we held our first gathering in Downtown Oakland with over 15 attendees. We intend to keep growing and fostering community in the Bay Area through these monthly events. For over two years, we have been holding space for Queer Latinx Tech professionals in the San Francisco Bay Area.

For May's gathering, we will be doing things a little bit differently. Instead of a happy hour, we will be embarking on a hike in the East Bay-- Lake Chabot! Meet us on the corner of San Leandro Blvd and W Juana St at 10AM. From there, we will be sharing rides to Lake Chabot (about a 10-15 min drive).

Make sure to bring water, sunblock, snacks, and comfortable shoes. Feel free to invite anybody who may be interested in joining us!
