About this Event
WE CREATE SPACE to meet new people, to move our bodies, to enjoy the outdoors, to share experiences, to breathe fresh air, and to do it all in community.
Join WE CREATE SPACE for a hike in
Bring a friend or come solo. This is time to enjoy friendly conversation, time with your own thoughts, and the sounds of nature.
Meeting Place & Time:10 am in front of to take the train to Vilanova
Hike Start Time/Location: station (likely to start hiking at 11:30)
Hike End Time/Location: station (likely to arrive around 17:00 depending)
Total hiking time: +/- 3 H (excluding stops)
Terrain: Uphill and downhill dirt paths, with the occasional narrower rocky path. Moderate to challenging at times. The trail is mostly exposed to the sun so bring protection.
What to bring: Water, sunscreen, a lunch + several snacks, good walking shoes (trainers are fine!). We will enjoy a picnic break all together while on the trail! You can bring your swimsuit if you feel like it, the trail follows the beach...
About the hike: will take us on a trail familiar to WCS, and has specially planned strech session and breath work stops during the hike.
Considerations: There are no toilets along the trail.
Cuter Considerations: You can meet the group at the meeting place OR Vilanova train station (but on time) depending on your preference. We can extend the day, optional for all, with a bite or beverage, TBD!
