Bring a friend or come solo. This is time to enjoy friendly conversation, time with your own thoughts, and the sounds of nature.

Meeting Place & Time: 10 am in front ofto take the train to Monistrol de Montserrat

Hike Start Time/Location: Station: , likely to start at 12:00 noon.

Hike End Time/Location:

Total hiking time: +/- 3 H (excluding stops)

Terrain: Mostly uphill including a part with lots of stairs. Can be a bit challenging at times but for all levels of hikers and definitely worth the trip!

What to bring: Water, sunscreen, a lunch + several snacks, good walking shoes (trainers are fine!). We will enjoy a lunck break together on the top of the hill, so bring snacks to be covered while hiking.

About the hike: will lead us to the Camí de les Aigües all the way up to the Monestir de Montserrat. This hike includes the church visit for those interested (free for residents of Spain, bring TIE/ NIE + ID, Spanish DNI)

Considerations: There are no toilets along the trail. But on the top near the church, there is a cafe and restroom, with space to eat at outdoor or indoor tables.

Cuter Considerations: Placa Espanya is the meeting point. The ride back takes us from the top of Montserrat all the way to Barcelona, including the cremallera and train.
